Level A: Ages 5 - 8

Homeschool - Level 1

This class will dive into Rococo Art and swim all the way to Post Impressionism. As the children learn a bit about each period of art and a few of its master artists they will also be focusing on several important elements of art. We will stop at the Rococo, Neo-Classical, Romantic, Realism, Impressionism and Post Impressionism art periods and study how line, shape, color, texture, balance and composition are used to create the masterpieces of each period. They will work on a variety of projects that will include drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking and pottery.

Level B: Ages 10 & up

Homeschool - Level 2

The curriculum will be the same as Level 1 except that we will focus on the elements of art in more depth. The first two weeks will focus on drawing techniques and skills. We will also teach the children how to start an Art Portfolio.
